Project Creation and Authentication
Scaffold a New Project
You can scaffold a project directory by using the CLI command
> augerai new <project name> > cd <project name>
From here there are two ways to authenticate. You can either download a credentials.json file from your AugerAI organization or login from the CLI.
You can get your credentials by going to https://app.auger.ai/<your_organization>/settings page and clicking save credentials.
You will then need to move your credentials to the root of your project or any path you wish.
mv credentials.json project_root/ cd project_root mv credentials.json auger.json
Notice I changed the name of my credentials.json file to auger.json. If you want to specify the path to your credentials from your configuration file it will need to be named auger.json.
Now I will add my path to my auger.yaml file located in my project root.
Alternatively I can set an enviroment variable AUGER_CREDENTIALS_PATH that points to my credentials path.
> export AUGER_CREDENTIALS_PATH=<path_to_auger_json_credentials>
You will need to login with your current credentials and create a project.
> augerai auth login
You will be prompted for your username, password and organization. You can view the output of these credentials in ~/.augerai/auger.json.
